Boiler Trainer is a simplified simulation for learning how boiler parts work alone and together. It is not a design tool and not a substitute for training, the manufacturer's instructions or your local code.

• Numbers are typical values and the physics is simplified. Real equipment varies by make, model and installation.
• Never test or bypass a safety control on a real boiler to copy what you see here. Follow the manufacturer's manual, ASME/CSD-1 and your jurisdiction's rules, and work under a qualified person.
• The explosion scenarios are exaggerated to show why each safety control matters.
